Terms of Service

By scheduling Broom & Bloom cleaning services, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service described below:

Payment. Payment for cleaning services is due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. A valid credit card/debit card must be on file in order to schedule services. Credit card on file will be charged after cleaning is complete, unless otherwise specified beforehand. If you will be paying by check or cash on a regular basis, and no one is going to be home on the day of your scheduled cleaning service, payment must be left on the counter. If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately. If you are not available, we will try and process the credit card number on file. If we are unable to contact you and are unable to charge the credit card on file, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Cancelation. You can cancel your scheduled service online, free of charge up to 24 hours before scheduled date. To cancel your scheduled service less than 24 hours from scheduled date, please call us. **Note: There will be charged a fee of $50 for cancellations with less than 24 hour notice.

Recurring Discounts. Frequent cancelations of recurring cleanings or systematical abuse of loyalty discounts will be subjected to removal of any applied discounts and you will be charged full price for all subsequent cleanings and services.

No Shows. If service is not canceled, nor we are notified through described channels, and our cleaning specialist won't be able to get into premises due to your absence or communication silence, you will be charged 100% of scheduled price.

Extreme Cleaning. We do not provide extreme cleaning services (hoarding situations, natural disaster recovery, after-event clean-up, void property cleaning, etc). In case our cleaners will encounter such conditions upon their arrival, they are instructed to leave the premises immediately. Customer will be charged $85 fee for lost time and cost of transportation.

Liability. If you choose to have valuable/sentimental items cleaned, the following will be in effect: Client hereby releases Broom and Bloom LLC from all liability arising from cleaning such items that become damaged during scheduled cleaning. Client will be completely responsible for repairing/replacing these items.

Service Limitations:

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder.

We cannot move furniture over 15 lbs but will try to reach a visible place with an extension duster.

If an area in the home is considered or has the potential to be considered a bio-hazard, that area will not be cleaned (emptying/cleaning cat litter boxes, human/animal excrement, etc).

It is to the clients advantage to have the home picked up as much as possible allowing us to be able to get to all areas so that we can optimize your cleaning.
